At some point after the priest had finished his homily this morning, something happened to me.

I can’t think of a good reason to be here.

I decided to go back to Church last week.

I don’t really know what to write about, since I”m kind of at a loss for words, but writing is therapeutic, so it felt necessary.

For damn near all of my life, I’ve struggled with the idea that I am a “Third Culture Kid.”

I really hate traveling.

One of the few times I would use the word “blessed” to describe my life would be when it comes to my friends.

I came to a realization today.

Before I left for South Africa, all I could think was, “I am not allowed to fail.”

It’s been about three months since I started this series, and in that time, I’ve stopped going to Church.
